I’m going to be completing the following events throughout 2024 to raise funds for the Lullaby Trust and in memory of my close friend's son, Cooper Whelan:

• Outlaw Holkham 70.3
• IRONMAN Sweden
• The ROC Scotland
• Manchester Half Marathon
The Lullaby Trust is an amazing charity who invest heavily in the research of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and have made a major contribution in reducing Sudden Infant Deaths by 80% since their inception. They raise awareness of SIDS, offer a variety of support to bereaved families and alongside the NHS, launched the Care of Next Infant (CONI) scheme to provide reassurance to bereaved parents when they have another baby.
